Eugene came in during the scheduled window, totally polite and friendly and tolerant of our crazy dog, and actually fixed the issue at hand — a faulty/dying A/C compressor motor. He replaced it with a new one, despite the fact that the old one was still hanging on by a thread and I was all ready to hear the “well, it’s not broken, just not properly maintained so we can’t do anything blah blah blah” routine.”
